• FairDraw: Free, real-time lucky draw and giveaway utility for live events and streams. Ephemeral rooms, zero attendee account requirements, client-side cryptographic PIN hashing, and automated 7-day data purges.
• Pure QR / QR Code Studio: You may freely generate, style, and download vector SVG and PNG QR codes for commercial or personal projects without royalty payments.
• Velox - Racquet Rally Cut: Manual video slicing, timeline navigation, and match exports are provided free of charge for offline use. AI recognition features require in-app "Carats" balance.
• Thanh's String Elongation Lab: Visualizations and string elasticity models are provided as open research tools to inform equipment selection and player injury prevention.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use any of our web services or applications to:

• Encode malicious URLs, phishing portals, or malware vectors into QR codes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the backend infrastructure of our AI video processing APIs.
• Use automated scrapers or bots to execute denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our hosting infrastructure.
• Impersonate the creator or misrepresent affiliation with Đào Công Thành.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The custom design, source code, brand assets, traditional Vietnamese motif implementations, and documentation featured on daocongthanh.com are the intellectual property of Đào Công Thành, protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You retain 100% full ownership over the content and media you process using our tools - including your generated QR designs, uploaded athletic match footage, and exported match highlight reels.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for absolute mathematical precision in string elongation modeling and frame-accurate sports video clipping, we do not warrant that operations will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Đào Công Thành shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the site or applications, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware malfunction, or missed sports competition footage.
